Die Bäckerei bietet eine Auswahl an Brot, Gebäck und Mehlspeisen von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das prämierte Volkszainer-Brot, welches der typische Geschmack nach Brotklee und eine lange Haltbarkeit auszeichnet. Unter normalen Umständen kann man auf den wenigen begehrten Sitzplätzen ein herzhaftes Frühstück genießen, derzeit ist ein "Coffee-to-GO" jedoch das höchste der Gefühle. TIPP: für ein Frühstück am Samstag unbedingt Plätze reservieren!
