Großartige Küche und Philosophie. Sehr schöne Gaststätte, die wir im Sommer sicher nochmal besuchen werden. Die Hozelzimmer sind sehr schön, gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alleine die Geschichte hinter dem Schloss Blumenthal und das heutige soziale Mehrgenerationenprojekt ist einen Besuch wert!

Stefan PatzeltLight/Zero Getränke passen wohl leider nicht in deren Konzept, wenn man als Diabetiker also nicht gerade im Unterzucker ist bleibt einem das Wasser zu trinken, nach 5km Spaziergang dahin war das sehr enttäuschend. Essen war ok.
