In der Nähe gibt es eine U-Bahn-Haltestelle. Das Apartment war in dem kleinen Turm. Leider haben wir mehr als 20 Minuten den richtigen Eingang gesucht(obwohl wir eine E-Mail mit ausreichenden Erklärungen bekommen haben). Unter den kleinen Fenstern (ohne Tetasse) - Autobahn und Donau.Im Apartment ist sauber, zu warm in der Nacht.

Unfortunately, some owners are currently violating the contract and offer their apartments on AirBnB. I live here and experience firsthand how much trouble it causes. Legal steps and consequences are in preparation. Please do not book these apartments on AirBnB, Booking, etc. do avoid being part of the problem!AirBnB und andere Formen von Kurzzeitmiete sind im Wohneigentumsvertrag des Wohnhochhauses (High Rise, Stiege 2) explizit verboten. Leider brechen derzeit einige Eigentümer den Vertrag und bieten ihre Apartments auf AirBnB an. Ich wohne hier und erlebe direkt wie viele Probleme dadurch verursacht werden. Rechtliche Schritte werden derzeit evaluiert und vorbereitet. Bitte, buchen Sie keine Apartments in diesem Gebäude über AirBnB, Booking, etc. um nicht Teil dieses Problems zu sein.
