Wir waren zum Mittagessen bei Lanz und fanden das Essen gut gekocht, schmackhaft und in ausreichenden Portionen. Ein bisschen mehr Herzlichkeit seitens der Bedienung hätte das Erlebnis perfekt gemacht. Ein freundliches Wort, ein Lächeln oder ein interessiertes Nachfragen, ob es geschmeckt hat, wären hier wirklich willkommen gewesen.
